 1. VOICE CHAT FOR EACH PLAYER
A live voice chat facility has been introduced for our players. Voice chat feature is available in every room. Players are free to opt for voice chat option. The biggest advantage that the player can have is that they can chat with all the players from all over the world seating in the particular room. Waiting and watching list player cannot chat with the players but can hear the players’ voice. In short, players must be seated with their mikes on in order to chat. Due to this feature, collusion is minimized to the extent. However, players opting for no ‘voice chat’ option are still safe to play the game.

 2. GRAPHICAL DISPLAY OF WINNING HAND None of the poker sites have such kind of features. Graphical hand analysis means the graphic of a completed winning hand is displayed on the screen. The benefit of this feature is that all the players can see the players’ winning hand. Players also have the option of ‘Auto muck winning and losing hand’. The graphic of pot amount distribution won by the winner is also displayed.

3. SPECIALIZED ROOMS
There are different specialized rooms based on the luck index and skill index such as beginner rooms, intermediate rooms, expert rooms, loser rooms and women rooms.

Beginner’s room: This room is meant only for beginners who are just new in poker. There is a range between the percentages (Luck Index (LI) and Skill Index (SI) and if the percentage falls down below that then the players are automatically thrown out of the room and will be shifted to the looser room. And if the percentage goes above than that then also the players are thrown out of the room and will be shifted to the intermediate room.

Intermediate’s room: This room is meant only for intermediaries. Here again, there is a range between the percentages. If the percentage falls down below that then the players are shifted back to the beginner room. If the percentage of the player increases then the player is shifted to the expert room (based on luck index and skill index). Players good in poker but not to the expert level can play in intermediate room. They get a chance to show their talent and skills and shift over to the expert room.

Expert’s room: Every player would be wiling to play in expert room but expert rooms are only for experts. If the percentage of the player falls below the particular range (LI and SI) he will be shifted to intermediate room or else he shall continue playing. Lot of skills and strategies are required to play in this room. Besides this, player creates confidence before entering into any kind of tournaments or freerolls.

Looser’s room: The players who keep on losing continuously are found in looser room. Their percentages tend to be negative due to their bad performance in the game. While playing in the loser’s room the player can learn from their mistakes and accordingly improve their game.  And even after playing in the looser’s room, if they feel that they lack poker skills they can join free poker trainer and improve their skills. However, if the player plays well in the looser’s room and his percentage becomes positive, he is directly shifted to the beginner’s room.

Women’s room: Due to the increase in the number of women poker players in WSOP and WPT, we have come up with an exclusive feature that is the women rooms. This room is especially dedicated for ladies who love to play poker. The women who want to get a feel of poker and are hesitant to play with others can play in the women rooms. There is no percentage range in the women rooms. They can play freely without the interference of men.

4. INDEPTH STATISTICS Playwinpoker provides you a fantastic feature of statistics that will provide you with your very own live online playing statistics. These statistics will help you to analyze your game play, and will also show you the number of hands you played. By analyzing your past hands, you can improve your game play and also learn from your past expensive mistakes

 5. VIDEO CONFERENCING WITH SITE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF Players can have video conferencing with customer care staff live from the client. Players can chat, enquire, suggests, ask their queries, complaints to customer care staff. For video conferencing, the players should compulsory have a webcam, speaker and mike. There is a limit to the number of player video conferencing with the customer care staff as it depends on the weight age of the servers.
