Third Betting Round

The turn (fourth community card) is dealt before the third betting round begins.
In this round, the player left to the dealer is the first to start the action i.e. Juliet. She has the options of fold, check or bet ($20).

FOLD – If Juliet opts to fold, she will withdraw from further participation in the current hand.

CHECK – If Juliet opts to check, she will be abstained from betting. In simple words, she will not put any money into the pot.

(If the first player in the third betting round checks then only the next player gets the option of check or else no one will get the option of check in that particular round).

BET – If she opts to bet, she will voluntarily put in $20 (minimum betting amount) into the pot. In the third and the fourth betting round the minimum betting amount is the higher limit of the stake.

Juliet CHECKS.

Juliet was the first player to act, and as she checked the next player to act i.e. Mike will get the options of fold, check or bet ($20). (only if Mike checks the next player to act will get the option of check).

Mike BETS $20

Sam gets the prompt of fold, call $20 or raise $40 (call + $20 (higher limit of the stake)

Sam RAISES $40

Ann gets the option of fold, call $40 or raise $60 (call + $20)

Ann FOLDS
 (She folded because after seeing her hole cards and the fourth board card she thought that she might not make the best 5 card winning hand).

As Ann folds and withdraws from further participation in the current hand, Chris will get the same options of fold or call $40 or raise $60 (call +$20)

Chris RE-RAISES $60

Ron will get the option of fold, call $60 or raise $80

Ron RE-RAISES $80

Now, Juliet who was the first player to act, and as she had checked at the beginning of the hand she will get the prompts of fold or call $80 or raise $100 (call +$20)

Juliet CAPS $100 (as she has capped the raises there will be no further raises)

Mike will fold or call $80 (As he had already put in $20 he will have to put in more $80 to call)

Mike CALLS $80

Sam gets the prompt of fold or call $60 (As he had already put in $40 he will have to put in more $60 to call)

Sam CALLS $60

The next prompt will go to Chris as Ann folded and withdrew from further participation in that hand.

Chris will get the prompt of fold or call $40 (As he had already put in $60 he will have to put in more $40 to call)

Ron gets the prompts of fold or call $20 (As he had already put in $80 he will have to put in more $20 to call)
