Second Betting Round

The flop is dealt before the second betting round begins.
In this round, the player left to the dealer is the first to start the action i.e. Juliet. She has the options of fold, check or bet ($10).

FOLD – If Juliet opts to fold, she will withdraw from further participation in the current hand.

CHECK – If Juliet opts to check, she will be abstained from betting. In simple words, she will not put any money into the pot.

(If the first player in the second betting round checks then only the next player gets the option of check or else no one will get the option of check in that particular round).

BET – If she opts to bet, she will voluntarily put in $10 (minimum betting amount) into the pot.

Juliet BETS $10

 
Mike will get the option of fold, call $10 or raise $20.

Mike RAISES $20.

Sam gets the prompt of fold, call $20 or raise $30 (call + $10 (low limit of the stake)

Sam RE-RAISES $30

Ann gets the option of fold, calls $30 or raises $40 (call + $10)

Ann again RE-RAISES $40

Chris will fold, call $40, raise $50

Chris caps $50 (as he has capped the raises there will be no further raises)

Ron will get the option of fold or call $50

Ron CALLS $50

Juliet is the next to act, and gets the prompts of fold or call $40 (As Juliet had already put in $10 she will have to put in more $40 to call)

Juliet CALLS $40

Mike will fold or call $30 (As he had already put in $20 he will have to put in more $30 to call)

Mike CALLS $30

Sam gets the prompt of fold or call $20 (As he had already put in $30 he will have to put in more $20 to call)

Sam CALLS $20

Ann gets the prompts of fold or call $10 (As she had already put in $40 she will have to put in more $10 to call)

Ann CALLS $10

As soon as Ann calls, the round ends because the wages put in by all the players have equaled. The pot accumulated at the end of the second betting round is $300 + $60 (pot accumulated at the end of the first betting round). Therefore total pot accumulated is $360.
